SIGMA-1: SIN and GSF Empty
PostSubject: SIGMA-1: SIN and GSF   SIGMA-1: SIN and GSF Icon_minitimeFri Jun 22, 2012 10:04 am

SIGMA-1 has been oberserving GSF and SIN movements over the last two weeks and have noticed an increse of SIN movement in Croatia, Siberia, and throughout South East Asia via ARMA servers. SIN activity in Mexio is rising as well, but not to the extent seen in Asia and Eastern Europe.

Recently, GSF has been hosting their own FSX training sessions in the competitions lobby which SIGMA-1 feels is probably a trap intended to leur IDN and TFC aircraft into a trap.

Last night, toward the end of OCU's weapons training session over IOC-1, SIGMA-1 noticed a session in the free light lobby being hosted by Pyongyang ATC. Their server host session and Gamespy IDs were typed in a languaged not recognized by Gamespy causing the session title and their Gamespy IDs to be displayed in object text. Thus, we were not able to identify their callsigns. Now doubt this was done intentionally as a method of counter intelligence.

We identifed the aircraft type as the following:
Aircraft 1: STI J-20 Dragon.
Aircrafts 2, and 3: STI Su-35UBM Flanker
Aircraft 4: STI KJ-2000 AWACS

Sigma1 observed the status of the Su-35s changing regularly while the status of the J-20 remianed "in session". Furthermore, the Su-35s were spawning at severl bases other than Sunan, Pyongyang.

We believe this is proof that GSF has software development capabilities to develop their own aircraft (Pak FA T-50s, J-20, Su-35, MiG-35 Super Fulcrum, Mi-35 Gunship, and KJ-2000), their own sceneries (at least 12 air bases in North Korea), and a possible interactive weapons system (which we think is why the two Su-35s were dropping in and out and spawning from separate airbases. They were being shot down by the J-20 during a weapons test).

SIGMA-1 will continue to monitor SIN and GSF activity around the world.

IDN Commander-Mike Sharkey piloted a SIGMA-1 HSR-01 Aurora today on a recon mission in support of the Black Aces. He was able to confirm that the GSF have indeed delivered STI Su-33 Flankers to the MRAF. They have also provided them with an interactive ADA system. In an attempt to shoot down the SIGMA-1 Aurora, SIN forces launched an interactive surface to air missile which came within 2 miles of the aircraft. Due to the Aurora's high speed and altitude, the SAM was not able to intercept it's target.

SIGMA-1 has also confirmed that the SIN have started an insurgency in Vietnam which is being used as a supply port for SIN operatives throughout South East Asia. SIGMA-1 is investigating the situation.

SIGMA-1 reports that S.I.N. transport aircraft and ships have been tracked moving from G.S.F. airbases in North Korea to S.I.N. controlled areas in Siberia and Mexico. S.I.N. fighters have been escorting these transport aircraft to and from these locations using high-low-high patterns. S.I.N. attacks have recently decreased, but their number of transport flights has more than tripled over this last week. We believe S.I.N. may be transporting material to a nuclear or chemical weapons development facility in Eastern Europe, and possibly Mexico. SIGMA-1 is investigating to determine the exact destinations of these ships and aircraft as they seem to be landing at addon airports and ship harbors. We have also considered the possibility that this is another S.I.N. smoke screen intended to distract us from a bigger operation.

There is a way to find out the bases they host from. It will read on the sessions description. They would be smart not to host on their addons, however, if they are not willing to put in at least something that can be seen by space up in simviation for the public, then they really must not want anyone to interact with them in the VR-World. They also don't seem willing enough to post their sessions with English letters, so everyone can get an idea of what they are hosting.

All factions should be open with their aircraft and scenery's, GPEO is. I don't see why they don't just post their links in the open. If I were them, I would do like GPEO, and create the ID thing where the GPS can find, far from the base, and have the actual location of the base hidden far from the actual ID marker. Their members would need to do visual landings, or have a separate scenery for their faction for all of that, but the airports should remain in the same location. It can be confusing, but is well worth keeping the secret. Even if your foe has the scenery, they will need to find it. It takes time, but may be worth it.

GPEO has many of these hidden bases, including naval units. Get the Komodo AB scenery, and try to find all of the ships, lol. The South Tip Scenery also has a hidden base, as well as a Carrier Task Force far out at sea, where only few members can find it, but it is hard even for them to find it. I still need to make a special scenery so we can spawn on the carrier, lol. That scenery is one I was still working on, but may leave it abandoned, or keep it for later usage.
