Sound's like you are interested in being a contractor corporation group. Corporations don't operate using international borders, so when you say 'Cuba' do you mean that your HQ is based in Cuba, or did you want to establish a Nation ?

We dont contract our AF out to anyone if thats what your asking. We are a Private Military and Manufacturing Corp. Our AFB and factories are in Cuba
