Basically, Even though I have been inactive as a world-leader here in the VRW, I am officially issuing the following statement:

******any offense to anyone is not intended, but if you get offended, kiss my ass****

If a miracle does not happen by 1 January 2011 and the VRW becomes fully active, with at least 5 active VMs with sufficient sized forces to make a legitimate opposition force or allied force to TFC or whatever it is now (ACOD?) and a steady influx of recruits for most VMs, including FSX and hopefully ArmA, I will release me Letter of Resignation From the VRW and the FSX scene, where I will uninstall my FSX and all addons for it.

I know it may seem like a lot of expectation from me, but by god, this game has potential, if only the right leaders are put in place. There are various qualities and characteristics required for one to have a Virtual Military, qualities and characteristics on few posses now. Among those who posses these qualities are myself to an extent, Archer, MC Sics, Dragnoxz, and the CG leader, Fury. Sorry, Falcon, Nick Bernow, and a couple others do not have the traits a preferable VM leader would have. Reverend, if he did not have his stubbornness and an inherent hunger for power, would be another good candidate.

The traits of a good VM leader can be traced back to the United States Army Leadership traits...

A full version will be posted. This will not be a Dragnoxz rant. However, it will be as long as one or longer, and I recommend it be "stickyed" to the "Explanation of the VR World" section. Also, a pdf version will be available. It will be well worth reading

I never called you a bad. leader, I just said you don't have the maturity and leadership traits [in my experience] that would make you a good VM leader.

Example:
A mature leader would type legitimately, with punctuation, "alot" is not a word, id, is not a word, and name calling is bad either way. Do not give the the excuse that you were typing on your phone or some BS like that. I type functionally on my phone, when in serious situations.

Also, number of members is not everything. TFC is/was more focused on future logistics of the organization rather than quick recruiting. Not to mention, all of our recruiting is selective until we have a full staff and active members.

Also, if you don't like my opinion, I INVITE YOU to do something about it. Attack me, I can guarantee you will not survive. Archer and I together have more strategic aptitude than most of this ITTN VR World combined. Remember, Archer and I almost brought down GPEO, and if it weren't for some bad members we had at the time, it would have worked because we had everything set up right. That's not to say that I still hate them, but I can guarantee that you would be the one surrendering.

You also have to remember, I proof of your stupidity, or ignorance, whichever you prefer.

While I agree with most of what you say, the part where you would retire from a VR-World is weak. All of those craft, to one day see the VR-World active again. Why not just return to GPEO and help run the place ? You have proven that you can do things from a Staff Point of View, and that you desire to learn Dog Fighting. Why not become an Elite Fighter with us and coe with on Black Operations ? You use to be a Member, is GPEO that bad ? I mean, GPEO has changed, though my Philosophy or what ever you call it is the same when I post random things in the Free Speech section; but so is the Honor and Friendship and the feeling that the rest of the GPEO is there to back you up. The VR-World dosn't need to be Active, as long as the individual group is active. We may not be fighting one another in the VR-World, and that should be a good thing, but we are fighting someone out there. You think everyone is going to bow down and start a war for you in ITTN, it wont happen, the VR-World is politically inactive, however, a Cold War is forming, and if you want the details, PM me and you will get some of them. You might end up liking it.

When you say you are going to leave if the VR-World don't become more active, it is like a baby is crying and wants attention or to watch a movie. (No Offense). The less Factions the better each individual faction can grow, so why would they want to have you stay ? You could pose a threat to them in some ways or another. Why would you let them have the satisfaction of you leaving ? No one will bribe you to stay, or bend over to please you to get you to stay, just like if I were to announce the same thing you said; if I did, they would be hoping I would leave, so they could take over or get away with slapping our group around.

I have noticed that you have grown the mindset that the VR-World is meant for factions to wage wars on each other, but that is not the case. The VR-World is set up for sustainability, for factions to grow, to enteract and develop into better communities. If some have different philosophies or causes, or just want something that another faction has, wars could break out, but since factions are spread out now, wars are far from being started. And good leaders are leading them, because groups that do base near oneanother can find common ground. The World is at Peace, and to spark a conflict or war, we must find other sources. Like Bushes War on Terror, if we want action, we must find it elsewhere. The UIA has already found its targets, and they are big targets, whole Coalitions of them. And they are hiped up on Ego Drugs, thinking they are all that, when during our Black Operations against them we experamented and proved to crush their egos.

So, remember that the ITTN is not a faction, it is exactly what it is called, an International Telecomunications Trasmission Networkm not a VR-World. Factions that use the Counting System are still part of the FSX VR-World, though some don't recognize it, but if they count and recognize a count on them as a kill and leave a session or end their flight, they are still part of the VR-World, regardless. They are still a Faction that is ready to go to war when they are called for it. We here posting on ITTN choose to openly display our positions, when in reality, we hould just pick random bases to operate from, without claiming land. It would solve so much. Hell, I have no isses with sharing bases in the US. It is all where we truly wish to operate, where out home bases are and where we have units placed in the event of war. We fight in the Air, and if we have air superiority over the land, we usually have ground superiority there soon after, unless the enemy forces take air speriority within a week or so. That makes sense. I ask, why should we continue to fight ourselves, when we couldbe capable of beign great friends, to fight enemies who we truly don't like and always have a bad feeling or atmosphere when we see them ?

It is as if we are the Greeks, all seperated, and the GPEO the Spartians with the Elite Fighters, where we all one day Unite together to fight the Romans or Trojans, then the Persians, and so on, to conquer the world. It is as if we are Brothers, always fighting for land among one another, argueing about something, and in other cases being close friends who stay out of the messes of others, only to push away outsiders who try to manipulate us or demanding something from us, only to have our good friends push back in our defense, like how Uatia did with RCOE when they became persistant in their demands. Does one faction have to wage war or do a 1-on-1 dog fight among the best of each faction to get them to join in alliegence with us all, to form one great nation ? Does a faction have to announce that you other factions are going to either be with us or against us to perish under our heel ? How many different Kings and Leaders were there in Greece during their Unification ? Have anyone ever seen "The Odissy" Where Ulissys/Odisius was just one King of his small Kingdom of Ethica, which had a military count of around 17 ? Where near by Kings had their military of about 20+, and others with more or less ? Now, as you see each one of our factions here, seperated having only a few numbers, but all together we are many, and we can sustain a war against 200+ members strong, and we are all active, with several inactive members in each faction. Has anyone ever done a survey on how many members all together are in each faction that enteracts on the ITTN ? Just think about that.

With GPEO Training Spartanic Fighters, with Dragons on their boats as an intimidation thing. While we gather the best of the best of each role, having them train everyone to be like them, we form into organized units all over the world, conduct war-games among one another and test how our skills are. Then conduct a few Black Operation Campaigns against large numbers of opposing forces, and find out how we fare, then we go from there. It is not that hard to unite, because we all have a common bond somewhere.

I am guessing no one read my book ? If they did they would be all different in their mindset, and would be interested in these "Black Operations." Don't knock it till ya try it. Just ask "HOTZONER," "SkyRyder," and "Bmxbika11," how they thought of their "Black Operation." they are the first 3 to conduct such style operation with me, and I have only has positive reactions, though the host canned it on my and Bika, I got 2 kills after Ryder got nailed and Hotzoner lost conn while in the middle of an entnece dog fight with someoen we did not know, and before Zoners 1-on-1 we shared the fighter we were in and shadowed enemy craft and found one of their ships, that run-ground, came in low, strafeded it a few times then high tailed it out, just before they left confirming our strafeting runs. You tell me hte Adrelilyn was not there when we knew we were on their radar beign watched, getting engaged and kicking ass, secretly, covertly as if we were the "Splinter Cell" of the Sky.
