I have consulted with Killer of IRF and have come to the conclusion that we would do better for ourselves if we don't fight each other. Uatia presents the option of peace, FREE OF CHARGE! If Killer would be so kind as to sign below then all hostilities between IRF and Uatia will cease immediately.
