Dear, the uatian commanding officer

i am the commander and chief of flight sim freedom rangers, we were interested in one or two of your ports in the philipeans to use as naval basses one of them being Port Blair and the other we would like to keep classified. the reason for our sudden intrest is that the Freedom Rangers and Wild Card Forces just merged and we are in need of some naval ports and airbasses for refuling when flying back and forth between territories. FSFR operates in the middle east and previous WCF operates in New zeland as such we cannot make the flights without stops for fuel. Same with our naval ships.
We would like to open diplomatic relations over skype if possible my skype ID is teen2115.

-Thankyou

Thank you for taking the time to make a diplomatic request. But it is not the Philippines islands you are talking about and if they are then I am the wrong person to talk to. I know this as Dragnoxz said he referred you to me. The islands you are talking about are south of Myanmar and if that be the case then I must refer you to our disbanding document dated Feb 12, 2010. As stated here "Libya and Myanmar are not Uatian territories, they are protectorates and as a result will become neutral territory." So that gives you the green flag for operation. I hope this answers your request clearly. If not feel free to ask away. Once again thanks for taking the time to ask.

Sincerely,
MC Sics

Anything is possible. The question is, do you truly want to conduct diplomacy? There are certain powers you will align yourself with and you may end up regretting it. On another note I would like to point out that you may end up enjoying it. Think about it carefully.

Let me know your decision either way.
