FSFR-WCF to merge soon

FSFR and WCF will be merging as we sought the need for one group with more stability and a larger fleet the name of the joined groups has not been descided the combined FSFR-WCF will be expanding to some naval basses

The naval fleets of FSFR-WCF consist of the following craft;

RNV-VIctor wolf
WCFNS-chanmike
WCFNS-Wellington

WCF and FSFR have decided to remain with the name FSFR
