For Temporary Usage of the Uatian Leadership. One Month. Restriction for the Uatian cause of recovering the former TNF, CEF, or Uatian ships.

2nd Agreement: [11:04:54 PM] †Ðяλقήθχz ™ ® (UAC): Uatia can have the T-72's and the BMP's and Uniforms of the former Iraqi Army, and station Uatian Army Units in Iraq using the the T-72's. Uatia can use Iraq as a Joint Home Base of Operation along with the GPEO Forces. No Uatian Police Activity to the Iraqi Public, Community or GPEO. Uatia is granted Joint and 50% of the Oil Reserves in Iraq. Uatia is granted to support the land of Iraq along with GPEO as a Joint Homeland. Uatians granted same access to Iraqi Technology and Research Development, as long as they recognize the GPEO Resource Based Economic System as the primary method of production. Uatian and GPEO Citizens have full Citzenship of Iraq, if they choose to.
