Omni Core Unltd. is interested in acquiring a small area of land, air, and seaspace in the Crimsonian Region Sea. The area is ideal for testing experimental aircraft and ships. It is to the understand of OCU that the regional government, Task Force Crimson, has become politically underground. As there have been no broadcasts from them in over a year, OCU is interested in acquiring a small bit of it as international airspace for research purposes from the interim government if there is one. If this area has indeed been abandoned, then with the exception of the few GPEO areas in the regions, this area would be considered international. OCU asks the powers that be to contact us to negotiate procuring space here for industrial purposes. Thank you.

OCU network is open. Create your group and broadcast all related matters there from now on. Create and IDN profile for the ITTN (business only) and give Tanaka admin over it. ADF and SOD-1 broadcasting over the ITTN is no longer necessary.

Construction of the OCU Aerospace Research Center (ARC) began Monday, March 12, 2012, in the Crimsonian Region Sea. OCU reclassifies this region as the Industrial Circle. IDN-Air Defense Force is preparing to activate defensive squadron, VFA-01 "ARC Angels" to defend this air and sea space during construction of the ARC. SOD-1 "Death Angels" will act as the Interim Defense Squadron and provide BARCAP until VFA-01 has completed training and is activated. A small number of ADA missile ships will deploy to the Industrial Circle to establish an Integrated Air Defense System (IADS). Omni Core Industries will soon publicly issue the Induastrial Airspace Regulations for commercial and military aircraft looking to enter the airspace.

Allow me to call bullshit on that, sir. First off, we never saw a session up with you moving supplies to the area, nor did we see a session in which a recon aircraft flew over our territory, in which it would've been intercepted. We had monitored FSX for 3 days, and never received word of a session that would be used, nor did we see a session. Secondly, there is no way you could've gotten the supplies to start building that quickly, nor do I believe you have the funds required. Third, you never would've gotten your ships into the region without being intercepted by our Naval vessels, in which you would've been stopped and turned around for not providing us with the information we requested.

EVEN IF you succeeded in getting past our Naval assets, or our ground-based radar, or our early-warning network, and managed to move that quickly and get supplies that rapidly, your aircraft would've been engaged and destroyed, AND you never had a session, nor informed us of one, where we had the OPPORTUNITY to prevent this. Therefore, I call bullshit and your previous statements. If you continue to state otherwise, we will find and destroy the facility along with any assets in the area. You have until March 19th to withdraw from the area or we will take the facility by force. You are infringing on our territory without permission, and therefore can be viewed as an act of war.

^I concur with the above statement.

Though we just became politically ctive once more, we have monitored FSX for mroe than 3 days, mor elike the past week, and no OCU, AST, IDN or any thing affiliated sessions were up. Thus this could not have possibly happened because we would have intercepted you.

The only bullshit here is all the talk from you and Dragon about all imaginary radars and early warning nonsense. You know, radars are not that hard to find and if you want one we can get one for you all, this way when you say you can track stuff, you actually do. We host sessions almost daily and have even hosted sessions for up to three days. If you're interested in participation then you should contact us asking for session times, lobby names, and passwords. This way you avoid sounding like a troll like Dragon tends to do regularly.

Also, as far as the timeline and there being "no way" we could have gotten supplies so quickly. Well, let's see. How long have you been inactive? You pretty much abandoned the area until well... just last night. Not a single sign nor fuck from you guys has been given in how long? So what says we didn't just scrap all your old facilities and use that as construction materials? It's possible. Also, you're ENTIRE military has been MIA for all this time. Now you suddenly would have just shown up in full force out of nowhere, with all your equipment in top notch condition after being boxed up for so long, to fight a technology manufacturer who gave you "no warning" we were going to set up a facility there? No that's bullshit. Tons of it too. We posted it all over the ITTN and GPEO site that we wanted to get in touch with you, and were trying to confirm that you were even active. The post sat there for over a week so I personally contacted FSXF asking them if they new anything. Then, a few days later, "Spartan" begins trolling us on the GPEO with few words other than "ass, balls", and "you can do what you want with it because we're not active anymore". See, we did get an answer from TFC. So if you didn't know what was going on this entire time I'd say that it's due to a lack of communication on your behalf. Sorry.

And dude, let me tell you this. You simply WON'T intercept and destroy our planes. You're going to just pluck the mothballs from your equipment that's been sitting around for a year, and hop into the air the next day? And win!? HA!! Our fighters just came off the line and are in top condition. What makes you think you can just organize in an area we've been monitoring. If anything, our radars and early warning systems (which we actually have) would pick YOU up. Just like Dragnoxz, you assume that you'll simply overwhelm us with you tiny group of pilots without having a clue as to who and what you'll be facing. So I'll extend to you the same invite we gave to GPEO. Why don't you pop in one of our imaginary sessions and take us on one of our fighters? Send your best man, or show up yourself (so far Sharkey has been the only faction leader who's actually shown up to fight). Go for about 15 minutes and see how much of that our pilot spends with the nose of his plane up your ass. Then you'll learn not to talk about "destorying" people you've never met, just like Dragon did. The egos in this VR World are incredible. You don't even have a clue as to who we are or what we do, but you can talk about "destroying" us. Please.

You guys have been completely inactive for so long and now you want to make a sudden come back and call shots!? Yeah, you do that in a new area. You no longer get to decide what goes down in the Industrial Circle. That is OCU's territory now. We're busting our asses making shit for people and you think you're going to control that? Bitch please. If you want the region back you'll have to take it. Otherwise, calm your silly ass ego and work with us on some productive shit. Like he said to you last night, Option A, Gain a lot and lose nothing. Option B, Lose everything and gain nothing.

We'll be in touch.

OCU Executive Committee is taking over this matter. IDN, await further instructions before responding again.

TFC-Reverend,

This is Mike Sharkey. First, I'd like to express how humorous it is that two of the people (Ghost and Reverend) that Dragnoxz was so convinced I was are contacting me to negotiate terms. Dragnoxz, if you are reading this, please read the following carefully: JACKASS!!! I told you so didn't I!

lol!

I'm sorry TFC, but this has been long awaited satisfaction. Getting back to the subject, I would like to say that first, if you look to the top of this forum you'll see that we've been trying to reach you since the 4th of this month. We were told by several authorities that you've been out of the loop for over a year and personally, I think it is absolutely ridiculous that after being gone for so long, you think you still retain supreme authority over territory you've all but abandoned. However, this does not mean that OCU is not willing to entertain this idea and work out some sort of an arrangement.

Also, I'd like to express that my first impression of TFC's new leader, Reverend, is not a good one. You made threats to us in your very first post in the ITTN. Finding out that you were even blocked at one point also makes me extremely hesitant to conduct negotiations with you in particular. However, TFC-Ghost has conducted himself professionally so far and even took his time to draw up policies, and refrained from insults, accusations, and threats of aggressive actions unlike Reverend. For these reasons I have decided that all interaction between OCU and TFC will be between my staff and Ghost, so consider him your liaison. Now I will take time to address these terms.

Ghost,

Congratulations, you're now the TFC/OCU representative. From now on, OCU staff will respond to messages from you and only you. Messages from Reverend will be thrown in the trash as soon as they are received. The policies that you've drawn up will be reviewed today by the OCU Executive Committee. Please understand that this is Saturday and the weather is great. I myself plan on spending the majority of the day outside, so if you don't hear from us right away don't jump to any conclusions. I've briefly skimmed through the document and can say that the terms you propose are actually pretty good. I honestly wouldn't change much and feel that most of these are easily doable. However, we will need to discuss such things as security measures and locations. I will provide you with my personal Skype so we can make arrangements. On a side note; I would like to express to you a certain annoyance I have with the actions of TFC so far. Publicly, you have expressed that your group is "considering" a "possible" return. Please make it clear that a return is definite before you try to negotiate any terms with any group, as a group that isn't officially reactivated really shouldn't be given such authority or consideration. Especially to boast of possible military actions. Talk to Reverend about that please. Other than that, we'll discuss the terms you've provided and will contact you within a day or two.

Mike Sharkey,
OCU Founder/President

PostSubject: Re: OCU-Crimsonian Sea   OCU-Crimsonian Sea Icon_minitimeSat Mar 17, 2012 8:32 am

This is Hanzo "Kenshi" Hideyoshi,

I see that early relations between TFC and OCU are getting off on the wrong foot. Let me express what I see.

1. For over a month, OCU has expressed interest in working in the Pacific, beginning with the GPEO territory in Hawaii.
2. When relations between OCU and GPEO went sour, OCU publically expressed interest in obtaining area in the Sea of Japan. No response was given by TFC personnel for weeks, so OCU made the effort of determining TFC's potical status via five seperate sources. All five said TFC had been inactive for at least a year.
3. A TFC member finally did contact OCU confirming that they were inactive and OCU could use the area.
4. Then, and only then, did OCU begin transporting supplies to the region. Still, no rebutle from TFC.
5. OCU publicly announces they PLAN to begin constuction of a research facility.
6. TFC suddenly shows up (under new leadership and in full force apparently) saying they "might" come back, and giving terms of OCU's actions in the region they had long since abandoned.
7. TFC's new leader (and newest member of the ITTN) makes his first public appearance not only questioning the legitimacy of OCU's actions (which they had time to try to observe but did not have time to contact us for session information) and then issues insults and an ultimatum with the threat of war.
8. TFC's new leader makes these allegations and threats while his XO (I'm assuming) Ghost tries to negotiate, and does so very well. My respect to you Ghost.
9. OCU is confused whether they are supposed to negotiate these terms presented by Ghost, or prepare for the attack promised by Reverend.
10. OCU gives IDN command of this incident:

OCU is not a VM, but a technology manufacturer. IDN is it's personal security force. A highly capable one. We prefer to host our sessions on VatSim becuase Gamespy is not very relaiable and drops out constantly. VatSim session information is given to anyone who asks. That's all you had to do...ask. But I see you and Dragon are very much alike in the sence that you both use the, "make assumptions, then accusations, then threats, then shoot first, and aks questions later" policy. You boast of how you'll destoy us, but can you tell me how many pilots flying what type of planes you'll intercept and shoot down? Can you tell me how you'll make it through the IADS or how it even works? Can you tell me the location of the facility and the assets you are planning to destroy? Can you tell me anything other than what you think you'd like to do?

Let's be real here, you don't know shit. Your threats are garbage and hold no water. You don't intimidate us in the least bit. With all your threats and immidiate hostilities I'd say your'e the one who's intimidated by our presence. Beings that we're in dispute over the Sea of Japan, and most of the IDN, including myself are Japanese, why don't we settle this via bushido.

I, Hanzo "Kenshi" Hideyoshi, IDN Chief Commander, challenge you, TFC-Reverend, to a dule. We will engage in 1v1 air to air combat. IDN leader vs TFC leader. The winner gains not only control over the disputed region, but cotrol over the loser's facilities, assets, and personnel. If you have any bit of courage or faith in your supposed mastery of air combat, you will submit yourself to this challenge.

Otherwise I suggest you follow the advise of your more logical subordinate Ghost and return to the negotiation table. Through negotion you can gain technology and even tactical support. Through aggression you will find nothing but destruction. Monday can either be the dawn of a new era of TFC/OCU combined strength, or it can be the dawn of TFC's demise. Either way we will be ready. I await your response.

Personally, I'd rather see some maturity and negotiation. Ghost came up with very good terms and I like his attitude. However, if TFC is hell bent on conflict then I support your idea of a dule Kenshi. I am certain you will win.

I will say this right off the bat.

I personally agreed to let OCU and its affiliated build facilities in our region, as I respect what you are trying to accomplish. I wouldn't say we've been "inactive" for over a year, it was maybe more like 6 months, at which point the other 6+ months I received no contact from anyone until several days ago, so we were politically inactive, and at some points, on "autopilot" so to speak.

The issue here is not over facilities, those have been approved, the issue is what is going to be done in these facilities and the airspace around it. I sent you TFC's terms of compromise last night. The main issue is military authority over these areas. We understand that you do not want any TFC aircraft over your facilities that could be conducting recon, etc. That wouldn't be necessary if you agree to my compromise anyways, but look at it from our view: A faction that we know very little about at this time is trying to block off our own airspace for projects we know nothing about.

I see this as profitable for the both of our factions if we can just cooperate with each other. We seek no type of conflict until we get back to battle-ready strength.

Secondarily, Henshi, no offense but that is a bad idea. We are not willing to take that chance, and if my superior does decide to take that, and lose, I will resign my post because "dat be sum bullsheeit"

I agree and respect your conditions. Again, location would be an issue and for reasons I will explain once we have a Skype meeting. I believe you'll understand the reasoning behind it. And we have no problem allowing TFC into the airspace. Especially if you want to conduct training exercises as you stated earlier. Relations could turn out to be very beneficial for us both. But again, we need to discuss these matters together in some kind of voice meeting. I would like to express one thing to you Ghost. I understand that you are a member of a VM, and you use military tact in your conversations. But personally think referring to Reverend as your "superior" is bad form. "Commander", yes. "Superior", not even close. You've managed to bring ideas to the table and even earn yourselves a very capable ally. Your "Superior" almost sealed the fate of TFC before you could even get your feet wet again. So please, tell your commander that we are more than willing to share the space and collaborate with you in regard to training, arms exchanges, etc. Also inform him that OCU considers you the liaison, so any messages he wants heard need to be relayed through you. I will send you Skype information now in a PM. Perhaps tonight, if you are free, you myself, and my aid can discuss some terms. I look forward to hearing from you Ghost.

Allow me to apologize for my seemingly over-reactive state. I personally spoke with my XO to get more information on the situation, and misinterpreted the intel provided. My assumption was that the facility was to become a military installation inside the Crimsonian Region Sea, and therefore would've been a huge security risk, which is why I wanted to know what military assets would be in that area. Now that I have lowered my frustration level and had time to sleep overnight on the information (which mind you I have had little sleep in the past week) I have come to reason that the OCU has no intent of building the facility other than for research and development of their aircraft, and expansion of business trade. I shall continue to let Ghost negotiate with you as necessary, but please accept my apology for acting so gung-ho. It tends to run in my veins to act quickly to things that need no action.

I had no access to the ITTN forum until recently, for one, so all the information I had received was from my XO. It was my fault for misinterpreting who you guys are and what you do. OCU is merely a production and development unit with their own security, IDN. Now that that is understood, I have reconsidered my stance on this matter substantially, and again I apologize for my bluntness. Regardless, as I still have quite an interest about what you plan to do in the region, I would like to personally be there to discuss, not to debate, matters with you on the topic. I hear that you will be meeting with my XO, and would like to also be at the meeting. However, my XO will carry out all final decisions with you, since my intellect falls more on military tactics than political babbles.

Again, my sincere apologies to both the OCU and the IDN.

Your apology is accepted. Although I do not approve of your choice of actions, I am understanding of them. We will leave this topic in the past and move forward from here. We invite you to participate in the meetings. It is late so we'll make ourselves available to you and your XO tomorrow. Skype information has been exchanged so please let me know what time is good for the both of you and we will productively discuss matters. As you are commander of this group, your presence is necessary. As long as we can all stay level headed, we look forward to meeting our meeting with the both of you. Thank you.

Mentally I would be prepared for a duel. Inventory-wise I don't think my aircraft would match up. If it came to pilot skill and we both had the same aircraft, it would be a good fight.

For the meeting today, I want to make sure it is known that I haven't been able to sleep so far, so I might wind up falling asleep shortly. I will try to be on around 1600 CST, at which I would've gotten my share of rest and relaxation, only to deal with the chaos of the average day. I would say best time for the meeting would be around 1700-1800 CST. Please feel free to contact me on my skype at any time. I typically appear invisible, but will receive the message(s) and respond as soon as I can.

My two cents: I peronsonally don't think Dragaon is in any position to talk about what anybody else is or isn't ready for, Mr. I Don't Have a Computer, aka Mr. I Plan to Lose on Purpose. aka Mr. So Full of Talk and Absolutely No Action. At least Reverend was capable and willing.

Reverend, don't even acknowledge Dragon when he talks sideways from his ass about people's abilities to do things he can't. He's just a waist of hot air.

I personally have seen Dragnoxz's abilities for myself when he's in the air. His individual flight knowledge is extensive, but he flies wildly and relies often on luck or extreme maneuvering. That, and his skill as a wingman, frankly, is lacking by personal opinion. Rarely do I see him fly with a wingman, and when he does they hardly stick together. Instead they split up to use the old "cover as much ground as possible" tactic. I would personally say that from prior experience I have more skill than him in the air as well as more versatility and adaptability, as well as better battle tactics and use of wingmen. However, since it has been over a year since me and him have even been in the same FSX session, my opinion and supporting evidence is rather outdated... which only means I will find myself going against him whenever it's applicable.

As for a time for meeting, after 1800 EDT is good with me.

Dragon is all talk. I've seen his members fly and they're all frantic, using almost no strategy or team work. Even when they hold the numerical advantage they can do virtually nothing because they are so spread out that their numbers count for nothing. GPEO is a whole lot of talk. Anyway, 1800 will be fine. I think I'll have a few of my guys available, but I want to address you personally before they get involved in the meeting.
