I am amazed at such sherade. OCU did not give time for GPEO to reply. We are not a money run system, we are resource based. However, we have been known to work with corporations using gold, rather then money. We feel that gold is worth more than money, when dealing with other factions and corporaitons. We deal with either Gold Spheres or Resources we have. Primary resource is oil, energy, food, construction supplies, metals and bio and chemical tech (plants, medicines, purifications chemicals, nano-tech). Chose what you prefer to be paid in, and we will give a number of things to be produced. We can even get a blueprint of a submarine carrier, and sea-jet torpedo craft if OCU is able to produce such things. We understand the Free Market, however we are not in support of it since our monyless society. There is a difference between capitalist and communist, but both have a money system, weather it be a point system or a token system, it is a monetary system. GPEO is a scientific method resource based economy. We aim toward creating abundance where it is neededm so all can be happy and free of mundane jobs that limit human advancement. Freedom, Humanity and Life are primary goals. As said before, we don't mind civilian companies in GPEO areas, but foregin military forces are not needed.

We request the time and date of your withdraw. We notice that you will be flying in the largest amount of foregin military craft in the GPEO Pacific region. We feel it is necessary to providef our own escort, as well. The levels of tention is not desireable. However, we may stand down our patrols should you stand down your escorts, and fly out as you flew in. All foregin military craft had BETTER be disarmed in the Pacific Region. Tankers, Fighters, etc, welcom, if they are unarmed. To make this clear, 3 Carrier task forces are positioning from Cali-to-Hawaii. TF-1 West of Hawaii, TF-6 East of Hawaii, and TF-2 West of Cali. surface ships will have every foregin aircraft targeted, and several P-3 craft will be monitoring all of your movements as they exit, and submarines should already be detached form their posts, shadowing every foregin military ship that has entered into the Pacific. Our eyes are on you, our armed aimed toward you, should you attempt to mess around.

Like I said, we can stand our forces down if you just take what you have in the Pacific out, rather then inviting more craft to enter. We can provide a Tanker, and safe passage out, but should you decline this, our alert levels will be activates, and defenses automated, (for the first time in 2 years). Trust me, to lessen tention is a better idea, than to raise it. We have not done anything yet, we are reacting to your moves. Our warning stands. Okay, let's cut the bullshit here. The reason OCU personnel are completely withdrawing from GPEO territory has NOTHING to do with your monitary system. Its because you sill believe we are behind the ANM, and because of this, you will never respond to anything we do or attempt to do in your regions with an unbiased view. you look view us as a terrorist cell and you've even categorized IDN as one on the MAP. Attempting to waste anymore of either or our time will only end in disaster. We thought that you might be interested in our technology as we have similar ideas. However, you are willing to do so only at your personal gain. You want to use our technology, but you don't trust us enough to allow us the means of protecting the facilities that produce the technology you want to get your hands on. And before you say this isn't true, try to remember the proposal you gave where OCU makes the technology, and GPEO tests it and puts it into your fleet. Then GPEO uses it in some elaborate surprise attack against your enemies. Furthermore, you wanted us to completely shut down our private security division so you could have exclusive access to our defense technology, even though I informed you of the damage it'll cause our employees. If the three or four you can muster wish to engage the entire SOD-1, VF-ZeroV as well as our allied F-15 escort that awaits just outside of your airspace, then be my guest. Otherwise this will be a peaceful withdraw, so tell your boys not to do anything stupid. I cannot tell you what to do in your own territory, and I cannot tell you to refrain from sending fighters to "escort" us out of the area. But I can tell you that if your fighters get within ten miles of any of my transport aircraft shit will get really hot really fast. Keep your eyes on us all you want with all your ships, and your fighters, and your P-3s and your ADA, and the rest of all your super bad ass stuff. I'm sure all three of you guys will manage to pull that shit off just fine.

I doubt it, but don't take any chances. Even though the vast majority of the weapons systems GPEO possesses are entirely imaginary, prepare for a possible air to air battle. Again, I doubt it will happen, but you must be prepared for anything. Set up that escort according to the way you see fit. Do your thing buddy.

You don't get it. OCU/ADF/IDN does not want to cause an uprising. We don't want to take over any territories and we don't want to be a political authority. AST just wants to put some of the stuff they make into the virtual world because that's what they enjoy doing. Conceptual graphic design and software development.
