I Supreme general Falcon, of the Uatian Army. Hereby declare the full support of the Uatian armed forces, and it's allies. We are fully trained and ready to decimate such a puny, force. We shall wipe this corporate scum from the earth. However, in order to save the architecture of such a glorious empire, and its peoples. We formally request a stand down and unconditional surrender from the GPEO military.

Rather than force a swift invasion of your territories. It is unfortunate we should have to fight GPEO, for together we would be an indestructable force.

I hereby place the Uatian armed forces on full alert.

I officially reject your offer, and welcome your attacks with open fire. GPEO is fully ready and so are its allies. I have already been in the air training them. Imagine several fighters like Raz, $nake and I, loitering right next to your airspace, waiting for your aircraft to attempt an attack on our bases, just to have an excuse to compete with each other for kills. Imagine your inability to fire nukes at us, because our aircraft made craters in your runways, so your bombers can't take off, and so your fighters can't get in the air. Imagine your inability to conduct total war. Imagine our superior naval forces at stand off distance, ready to overwhelm the UDACOM missile defense with thousands of missiles. Imagine many fast bombers bombing your home. Imagine the USEA removing your missile defense system with EMP technology. Imagine your skies as a cloud of dragons raining carpet bombs on your factories, rendering your tank production useless. Imagine your beloved advance tanks and other ground transportation shattered by bombs, to where all you have is foot soldiers, as we then send in AC-130's to dissolve what is left of your forces. You will fight I am sure, to the DEATH ! The problem is, you will be on the ground, while we are in the air, as if we are pressing our fingers onto your ant-like forces, for fun. Like the Taliban, we will see you from the air, and you will run around in circles like ants, with your weapons in hand, giving our pilots a reason to fire 105's directly onto you. UDACOM has pulls nearly all of the UAV numbers from thin air, but FAILS to recognize that other factions use them, and after the alternate reality of the VR-World, we would be very lucky to even have UAV's or Missile Defenses in the first place. What I do know, is if UDACOM can have all of that inventory, we can have the STMS fully functional and be in a position to use our weapon of dropping asteroids from space anywhere in the solar system, at will. No one would know if it was an attack or if it was a catastrophic natural event.

GPEO has existed and never disbanded, and has many friends to help if we are weak, and when we are strong we have many fake friends. Was Uatia a fake friend to GPEO, or a true ally that just got a hair up its ass and is having a fit over a reasonable disagreement regarding a treaty that seemed one sided ? You, Falcon, a mere General of Uatia, should not be messing in the affairs of the Political realm, only your leader is one I will respectfully communicate with, not you pathetic low ranking General.

If GPEO confirms and has evidence that Uatia attempts to retrieve its old nukes from the Canaries using a stolen GPEO C-5, and attempts to bring them to their land in preparation to be used against GPEO, and fits them to long range missiles, we will enact the GPEO's Deceleration of WAR act, and strike your homeland with unforgiving and relentless attacks. There will be no invasion, because there will be no land to invade, your home will be the Uatian Sea. This is a direct and official promise, and warning. You, Falcon pissed I, Director Dragnoxz of the GPEO, off with your demand for us to surrender, especially since we are not even at war to even surrender. Your illogical response might just have caused the end of your home. If I was the Leader of Uatia, I would be directly pissed at you for heating up the situation when it all was calming down. GPEO now has an OFF-CON Level, and it is on 3. If a hostile response is made in reply to this, I will immediately go to OFF-CON-2, and send a NUKE over to your nation to light up your night sky, detonation in space as a warning. You picked the wrong time to mess with GPEO politically, since a good chunk of its navy is in Indonesia. As we speak, several BOOMER Submarines are moving toward the sea right next to your borders, and a GPEO Army Unit is poised to defend against Uatian ground attacks. A Fighter unit is also on standby, and on OFF-CON-2 it will be sent to patrol the outskirts of your airspace, fully loaded with multi-role weapons.

Ever heard of mutual assured destruction? You pretty much just stepped in that boat. Your pathetic air force will FAIL to crush our tanks because they have anti air weapons mounted to them! We already learned from our mistakes from dealing with people like you who think that they rule the world with an air force. But maybe God is on your side and your planes will destroy our tanks. But your planes will be mutually DESTROYED!

You may steal our idea of OFFCON if you wish but you don't have our mentality and way of thinking to back it up.

In an effort to simmer things down, I propose a nonaggression treaty, because you are (or were a very close) friend, and were our (GPEO's) most trusted ally. Now that things have sort of (ok really) damaged both of our groups relations, I think both our groups should take a step back and think about the situation at hand.

Currently, we possess the ability to end each other, or at least damage both our groups infrastructure to where it could be hard to rebuild (AFTER NUKES ?). As we have seen in the VR-World, and the activity, we know that there are still other factions in the VR-World that exist, and if we use nukes, we destroy it all for them in the world as well. We indirectly destroy the fun for others in the VR-World, and become counter productive. The VR-World would continue with us gone and no one to lead the VR-World factions by example.

We are the 2 longest lasting factions of this VR-World, and if we are gone, no one will know what to do, the VR-World dies. And since the VR-World is alive and strong, why would we want to destroy perfectly good world ? It would be such a waste.

After all this political tension, I am not comfortable with standing down so easily. I am willing to attempt to calm things down. As a result I have lowered Uatia's OFFCON to level 4. However, UDACOM section will remain at DEFCON 1.

I will consider your proposal throughout the day and will reply with my response after I make my choice.

My generals propose war. But since we were close allies, I am willing to step in as the supreme commander and issue a formal apology for my actions. I took things way too far and out of per portion and for that I am sorry. I was just letting the Uatian blood pump through my veins at full force. I should have never done that to my ally. Even as an aggressive faction I feel bad for what I have done. I should have never threatened my closest ally. I gave you reason to not trust me. I will not blame you if you have lost all trust in me and I am willing to accept that.

I officially stand down to OFFCON 5 and have reduced UDACOM to DEFCON 2.

With great power comes responsibility, and they who are mature walk away from instigation regarding fights. (Have you ever heard that the better person walks away from a fight ?). In this case, both come to the realization that both parties have nukes, and that we are both mature groups (oldest lasting so far). We both walked away from a potential fatal fight for both of us. I am sure MC would tell you why, but maybe you don't need to know. Lets just say one of us is actually capable for a hard core total war fight, and has shown the other its capabilities in detail, while the other was shown mercy. I will not confirm or deny which one is or is not, but both leaders know. What is known, is that both have nukes, and regardless, one will be defeated in FSX if there is a fight, but the victor will not really consider it a victory, due to the overwhelming damage done. Personally, I don't want to see either of our forces defeated, because of our groups historical bond. However, GPEO will continue assisting with training its current allies, and will be doing defense operation tests and possible war games. But, GPEO alert levels are lowered due to the simmering down of tensions.

Well, GPEO is a mature group, and we would not have wanted to unleash the Dragons of WAR onto a group that once was regarded as the most closest friend to us historically.

Uatia is not a group. It is a faction, and this faction demands respect.
Uatia will remain at DEFCON 3 and will elevate OFFCON to level 4 for now.

Hi guys. Got fsx running again thanks to the help of stinger.

Uatia is undergoing a massive withdraw from Myanmar and for that reason we don't need any interference.

Land force movements are underway in Iraq and cannot risk exposure by possible airborne intruders or else it will be compromised.

A violation of our airspace by anyone other than Uatia or it's approved entities paves the way for a declaration of war.

Your airspace will not be violated. Let it be known to all that GPEO will NOT Violate Uatian airspace restrictions. Should anyone enter Uatian restricted airspace, they are on their own, and no rescue will be made by GPEO should they be shot down.

I am glad to see that you have some respect for our boundaries. We will also mutually respect any restrictions that you may issue on your airspace.

My intelligence has informed me of mass troop movements in the middle east. As a result I am raising our offense status to OFFCON level 3. I will also be conducting recons over potential targets.

I have been looking at the history of this thread, and I feel I have made a mistake, and have noticed the area where the talks of alliance went toward a decline. I accept that it is my fault that Uatia is upset with GPEO, and feel their denunciation is justified. I also feel that my recent defense treaty and proposal to the Royal Navy and RAF have provoked more decline in Uatian relations. I am willing to stand down the alliance and veto such alliance that have provoked Uatia, and attempt to restore the GPEO and Uatian relations, as it was before. I also want to issue a formal apology to Uatia directly to the Uatian Leader in person, and request a formal forgiveness, and attempt a re-negotiation of an alliance, if at all possible. Currently, I am in Myanmar, and during our talks, and in my own research I have found the root cause of this. As the GPEO Director, I feel it is my responsibility to fix this issue.

I also apologies to the GPEO member for not listening to them, especially Adrian.

I hope to restore relations and re-negotiations for alliance, and offer to end its new alliances, if Uatia requests to, as a display of loyal friendship.

I would like to officially declare that all airspace restrictions over Iraq have been lifted. Myanmar airspace however will still remain restricted until the end of our withdraw.

The GPEO Formally requests an temporary open border of the southern part of Iraq. The purpose is to move a Mechanized Army Unit from Kuwait to Iran. We feel it is the quickest way from them to move from Kuwait to Iran. If Uatia accepts, I will make the formal document and post it in the Uatian forum area.

Uatia is currently undergoing a serious operation (check the Uatia forum section) in Iraq and we cannot open borders at the moment. I assure you this is only temporary and after the operation is done I will discuss with you a counter proposal which I think you may find interesting.

I feel that our relations have deteriorated to an extent and you have even gone as far as making alliances with other factions immediately after declining ours. So, instead of resuming talks of an alliance I think you should first prove to me in a positive manner as to why I should resume talks of an alliance with you.
